Have you heard "NOW IS THE TIME TO BUY!!!" Over and Over?

    Below is an encouraging article about the local real estate market in Sarasota County, Florida. Manatee County is also encountering the same, which is reflected in the chart below from last month (July 2011) where the median home sold is on the rise and supply is down.  In the last sevral months I've seen customers in multiple bidding situations, while others before we could even view the property it was already under contract.  What does this all mean?  The road to real estate recovery is a long and windy one with a few big hills in the coming months that could set us back at times, but its the start of recovery for our area.
