In this segment Real Estate Lawyer Anne Weintraub answers foreclosure questions from callers and then gives an update at the end on the real estate market in the Sarasota area. She's right on the money with the fact that closings are up and that goes for contracts being written on homes in Sarasota and Manatee Counties. Inventory is lower than is has been in two years and prices slightly higher, all positive signs.
